In line with its clients’ innovation strategy, Benkei offers support in the engineering and financing of projects, whether it is responding to calls for funding RDI projects at European, national (French or others) or regional level, or preparing applications for innovation competitions or even investment projects.
Building a collaborative project and applying for a funding scheme
Benkei’s support in setting-up a RDI collaborative project involves several steps: the evaluation of the preliminary project, the search for partners, the construction of the work program, the definition of the budget with the partners, the collection and processing of administrative and technical information, the drafting of the consolidated proposal, the proofreading and the submission of the application to the funding body.
To facilitate exchanges, Benkei offers to run regular meetings with the partners and provides a secure collaborative web platform for the exchange of documents and the consolidation of the proposal.
Accelerating and financing the market access of the innovation
Benkei supports its clients in the preparation and submission of applications to leading innovation funding schemes, such as i-Lab or i-Nov at national French level, or the EIC Accelerator at European level. Our support includes the construction of the business plan through specific workshops defined according to our clients’ needs: the positioning of the innovation in its value chain, its competitive positioning, the market access strategy, financial projections, the relevance of dilutive and non-dilutive financing in the funding strategy, the business model, etc. This support also includes writing the application file, designing striking visual materials, compiling annexes, preparing, filming and editing videos, submitting application proposals and if necessary, support with oral presentations.
Financing investment projects
Benkei supports its clients in the preparation of applications for major investment projects such as France 2030 and Innovation Fund. In addition to the preparation of the application, Benkei offers support in the preparation of the budget, the financing plan, and in the construction and staging of the project.
